How to get better image quality
Start with the clearest original available. This AI image upscaler can reconstruct plausible edges and texture, but it cannot recover text or faces that were completely removed by blur or heavy compression.
Balanced 2x is the safest choice for large photos and phones. High detail 3x works well for smaller originals. Maximum 4x is reserved for small inputs because the finished image needs sixteen times as many pixels as the source.
